FAQs

The 2023 DAF Giving Summit begins on Monday, October 2 with an informal welcome reception; we expect most guests traveling in from other locations will arrive on Monday so that they can take advantage of a full day of sessions on Tuesday, October 3, and a half day on Wednesday, October 4. We recommend scheduling travel home in the evening on Wednesday, October 4, or on Thursday, October 5 so that you don’t miss the closing keynote on Wednesday afternoon.

The DAF Giving Summit provides a comprehensive learning experience and the opportunity to earn your DAF Specialist certification! The DAF Giving Summit was also designed for many opportunities to network with hundreds of thought leaders in wealth management and philanthropy.

  • For advisors: Gain an in-depth understanding of innovative wealth management strategies centered around charitable giving. Take advantage of opportunities focused on donor-advised funds, trusts, cryptocurrency, and other donations of complex assets.
  • For financial and non-profit institution leaders: Discover ways to differentiate your brand and increase your institution’s clients, assets, and impact with programs that make it easy to integrate charitable giving into your services.
  • For solution providers: Showcase your solutions and learn about the challenges and opportunities that are top-of-mind for decision-makers in the financial services and philanthropy ecosystem.
